La ultima mes, no lei tantos libros en espanol que esperaba leer. Todavia tengo la habilidad de entender y escribir en espanol, pero no estoy mejorando tan rapido como antes. El ultimo ano, leia cada dia sin fallar. Pero ahora, despues de empezar a aprender el latin, no tengo el tiempo.

El aprendizaje de latin es mi meta primera, pero todavia quiero mejorar mi espanol. No creo que lo estoy haciendo. Lo peor es que ni estoy hablando en espanol.

Estoy aqui escribiendo un "Spanish Monday" porque quiero decir que si necesito trabajar mas duro en aprender espanol. Cada vez que hago un meta, lo cumplo. Y esto es exactamente lo que voy a hacer ahora. Esta semana, voy a leer y hablar espanol cada dia. La proxima semena, voy a hablar sobre el progreso. 

Last month, I didn't read as many books in Spanish as I had hoped. I still have the ability to understand and write in Spanish, but I'm not improving as quickly as before. Last year, I would read every day without fail. But now, after beginning to learn Latin, I don't have the time.

Learning Latin is my first goal, but I also want to improve my Spanish. I don't think I'm doing that. The worst is that I'm not even talking in Spanish.

I'm writing a "Spanish Monday" here because I want to say that I need to work harder on learning Spanish. Every time I make a goal, I accomplish it. And that's exactly what I'm going to do now. This week, I'm going to read and speak Spanish every day. Next week, I'll talk about my progress.
