My wife and I are now watching a dog for the next 1-3 months. It's a 14 year old chihuahua mix, so it's not too much of a hassle so far. That said, it will take some adjustments to get into the pattern of taking care of dog when it comes to making time for my side projects. A dog without a yard means taking it for walks all day, and that definitely eats into time I use for other things.
