Why Make Games?
Recently, I've begun to wonder why I bother making video games. I enjoy games, and I enjoy creating little characters and such. But, there are easier ways to make those things "come to life." Video games are one of the hardest ways to make them come to life, in terms of the amount of effort involved.
I've spent nearly all of my "side project time" this year on my game, and it's a relatively simple project.
When I start to feel this way, it usually means it's time to wrap things up. This game has been in development for almost an entire year, and it's time to package it up and release it.
